A Word to the Wise VII: When going on an overnight train in Vietnam, do not, under any circumstances, drink a Coke and half a bottle of water before you board. It's challenging enough squatting over those (obviously male-designed) male-designed hole-in-the-floor toilets, but try doing it on a swaying, bumpy train at 2:30 in the morning.
